Check your programme and book your place

This applicant event is for students who have already applied to the University of Brighton. We have restricted capacity, so we will not be able to accommodate those who have not booked online in advance.

Before the event

If you would like to change or cancel your booking, please log in using your University of Brighton student number. Places at our applicant events are limited, so it's important to let us know if you can't make it.

If you have any requirements such as an accessible parking space, signer or hearing loop, let us know by emailing studentrecruitmentevents@brighton.ac.uk.

Guests

You’re welcome to bring one guest with you on the day. Some of our talks are very popular so to ensure as many applicants as possible can hear about their subject, we may ask guests not to attend the subject session. Of course, if there is space, we will do our best to fit additional guests on the day and guests can attend all other activity such as tours and student experience talks.

What do I need to bring with me

  • Your programme, either printed or on your phone.
  • Your barcode – this is in your programme and we’ll also email it to you.
  • Comfy shoes for tours!
  • Payment method, if you want to buy food/drink from our campus cafes although we will also provide free tea and coffee at the event. Please note that all University of Brighton campuses are now cashless.

Getting here

This applicant event is taking place at our Moulsecoomb campus.

Here's a map for our Moulsecoomb campus.

By car: Our car parking at Moulsecoomb differs depending on which subject you are interested in. Please see your emails for more specific parking information. Please be aware that there is a football game taking place at the AMEX stadium on Saturday 22 April, the same day as your applicant event. Roads are likely to be very busy so we would recommend using public transport where possible.

By bus or train: buses run regularly and Moulsecoomb train station is only a 10-minute walk away.

By bike: cycle lanes run from the city centre.

Your arrival

When you arrive at our campus the first thing you’ll need to do is register at the event.

We will need to see your barcode upon arrival – you can find this in your programme, and we will also send this to you via email before the event.

Registration

Your registration point is: Elm House, Lewes Road, Brighton BN2 4GJ.

You can register from 9–11am but check the time of your subject session in your programme and try to arrive at least 20 minutes before this to allow time for registration. You can go on a campus tour and accommodation tour before or after your subject session so you may want to time your arrival time to factor this in.

View your programme - use your University of Brighton student number to log in, which you’ll find in your booking confirmation email.

About your applicant event

Our on-campus applicant events vary by subject, but typically include a subject session, student experience talk, campus tour and accommodation tour. You can also find out more about student life through our advice desks which are available 1–2.45pm.
