Project in brief
The application of AI techniques in the medical field will be of interest to the profession in diagnosing and providing effective treatment paths for different illnesses linked to global challenges such as diabetic wounds and degenerative neurological diseases.
This project aims to create a framework to apply AI techniques to different data sets of symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, and the success and failure of recovery results to provide treatment predictions with a measure of certainty in choosing a treatment path.
The project is in a multi-disciplinary area needing to work with a team of clinical experts, biologists, and the team of researchers in CRMD working on wound treatments using their data in the framework to establish the concept and verify the predicted AI treatment path with the field data.
The AI framework's design and implementation will profoundly impact the diagnosis and provision of effective treatment paths for the above-mentioned illnesses. The framework will deliver an essential AI system in the medical field.
The framework is intended to be applied to wound treatment, tissue regeneration, and chronic wound treatment path and articulation defects.
