The partnership between Santander Universities and Sporting Edge, a high performance consultancy that blends powerful insights with proven psychology, will provide 19 participating students with access to an online self-development programme (consisting of 8 hours) which will focus on performance themes including personal drive, learning mindset, confidence, and much more.
Once each module is finished, students will have the opportunity to consolidate their learning and complete an online quiz. The four students with the highest scores across all modules, and from all participating universities, will win a Santander Development grant of £10,000 each which can be put towards professional and/or personal development (for example, funding their tuition fees, paying for travel costs to interviews, supporting their start-ups, etc).
Students will be able to complete the course from Monday 11 January 2021 until Friday 19 February 2021.
19 students will be randomly chosen to take part in the programme, with applications open from 1 October until 11 November 2020. Results are then expected by 27 November.
