Gain a competitive edge
Our courses allow you to progress on to the vocational stage to become a solicitor or barrister.
You also have the opportunity to take part in a range of extracurricular activities, such as the University of Brighton's Pro Bono Legal Clinic and Community Legal Outreach initiatives, giving you real client experience.
All of our law courses are available to study either full-time or part-time. You will also be able to complete your final project on an area of law that you are particularly interested in.
Our LLM Law Conversion and International Law and Social Justice LLM are also eligible for the Government's Postgraduate Loan Scheme.
Our thriving Student Law Society and Student Mooting Society organise social and networking events, from talks by guest judges, to law court visits and facilitating moots.
Both courses are also recognised by the Solictors Regulation Authority and the Bar Standards Board.
