Experience law in practice
At Brighton Law School we have combined our emphasis of social justice and practical learning to benefit our students and local communities.
Our Clinical Legal Education programme provides you with many opportunities to apply law in practical situations throughout your time at Brighton. Many of our client-facing initiatives also fulfil SQE qualifying work experience requirements.
Focus on your interests
All of our law courses are available to study either full-time or part-time.
Whilst our LLM Conversion and Law PGDip courses are aligned to the modules needed for solicitor or barrister progression, you will be able to complete your final project on an area of law that interests you.
Our International Law and Social Justice LLM has more flexibility and gives you a deeper exploration of international human rights and the law of international trade.
You will have the opportunity to acquire qualifying work experience whilst helping members of the community through our pro-bono Brighton Legal Clinic.
Fully guided by qualified solicitors and barristers, you will provide a free and confidential advice service on a range of legal issues including social welfare, employment disputes and gender discrimination.
