Moulsecoomb campus

Moulsecoomb is our biggest campus and student village.

It is also home to our School of Business and Law, School of Architecture, Technology and Engineering, School of Applied Sciences and part of our School of Art and Media.

From the start of the academic year beginning in September 2023 all School of Humanities and Social Sciences courses will be based here too at Mithras House.

Over 900 students live on campus in our halls, Moulsecoomb Place and the new Mithras halls – Brunswick, Goldstone, Hanover, Preston and Regency.

Moulsecoomb is two miles north of Brighton city centre. The campus has excellent travel links with Moulsecoomb train station just next door, frequent bus services and cycle lanes.

Campus transformation

Over the last four  years we've transformed our Moulsecoomb campus. As part of the transformation we've added:

  • Elm House – a new home for our School of Business and Law with flexible modern learning and social spaces
  • new Students' Union and fitness facilities
  • an accessible pedestrian bridge linking both sides of our campus
  • a multi-storey bike and car parking facility.

There are loads of local amenities on the doorstep with supermarkets for the weekly shop, coffee shops and cafes, takeaways and other useful shops and services close by.
