The university also achieved excellent results in Education and Teaching, where 93.1% of graduates were in highly skilled employment, ranking the subject 1st in the South East and 4th nationally.

These latest Graduate Outcomes results reflect the university's emphasis on hands-on learning, clinical placements and close collaboration with healthcare partners, ensuring students gain practical experience alongside their academic studies.
With graduates progressing into careers across nursing, pharmacy and other healthcare professions, the University of Brighton continues to play a vital role in developing the workforce needed to meet future health challenges and deliver high-quality care.
About the Graduate Outcomes survey
The Graduate Outcomes survey is conducted by HESA (Higher Education Statistics Agency) to capture detailed information about graduates’ activities and experiences after leaving higher education. All graduates from UK higher education institutions are invited to participate 15 months after completing their studies, with the survey aiming to contact over 700,000 graduates annually.
