The School of Sport and Health Sciences provides a stimulating learning experience, motivating and inspiring our students to become critical thinkers and highly-skilled professionals.
We offer a wide-range of sport-related and health-related undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees as well as a programme of continuing professional education for health professionals. Our subjects include nursing, midwifery, nutrition, occupational therapy, paramedic science, physical education, physiotherapy, podiatry, sport coaching, sport management, sport science and sport studies.
All courses taught by the School of Sport and Health Sciences will be based on our Falmer, Brighton campus from the academic year 2024-2025. Students applying to start this course in 2022 will be based at our Falmer, Brighton campus from September 2024. Students starting from September 2024 onwards will be based in Falmer throughout their studies.
On the edge of the South Downs National Park, the Falmer campus is also home to our School of Education and the Brighton and Sussex Medical School and right next door to the Amex Stadium, home to Brighton & Hove Albion FC.
