Home from home

If you're looking for a little taste of home when you're in Brighton, you can check out Gars Restaurant in The Lanes, or you can jump on a quick train to London and visit BAO Soho for some authentic Taiwanese cuisine, and for something a little more laid back you can check out T4 Taiwanese bubble tea shop near Brighton Station.

There are also a number of societies you can get involved with where you can find like-minded people with similar interests which gives you the opportunity to be involved in society events to help you ease into student life and get familiar with the city. If you can't find a society that suits your interests then you can start your own society!

I enjoyed the marketing course because I had to do market research and design a poster to sell a product. It was great fun! The University of Brighton also gave me the opportunity to study in two countries which was a great experience for me.
