Wellbeing Champions

Wellbeing Champions is our brand new three tier training programme for University of Brighton students who want to learn more about building and maintaining their own wellbeing.

In three stages you will learn skills to enhance wellbeing:

Tier one: Looking after yourself

Tier two: Looking after your friends

Tier three: Looking after the community

Hear from one of our Wellbeing Champions, Richard Nnamuka explain how joining the programme helped him. Watch Richard's video on YouTube.

Enrol Now

It's easy to get overwhelmed by different thoughts or emotions, doing the course helped me look at the problem or situation from a bigger perspective and find ways in which I can improve my wellbeing.

It can be hard to know what to do if your friend is struggling with mental health problems, follow our online course to understand the best ways to communicate with and support those around you.

In order to take part in tier two you will need to have successfully completed the tier one training course in My Studies.
