IOSH Managing Safely

Overview 

Better manage risk, comply with health and safety best practice, and enhance the professionalism and reputation of your business.

Our four-day Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing safely course will provide you with the knowledge and skills for need to make a difference. This course is offered as in-company training.

Course details 

This interactive course uses group problem solving exercises to engender positive behavioural change, and will equip you with the skills needed to manage all your health and safety challenges.

A work-based project will help you to put theory into practice. Delegates successfully completing the assessment are awarded certification from IOSH.

This four-day course will support all those with responsibility for safety compliance legislation and is particularly relevant for technical, workshop and craftwork managers, managers of large teams of staff within office environments and department safety coordinators, particularly those who are managing hazards.

Who is leading the course?

The University of Brighton’s team of expert verified chartered Health and Safety trainers, who have a wealth of hands-on industry experience from a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing, transport, health care, horticulture and retail.

Fee: £495 no VAT for the four day course.
