Identity Mentoring Match

This mentoring programme aims to match students and mentors affiliated by their skin colour, background heritage or a shared experience of being racialised.

You will be paired with a professional who is trained to support you in working towards your goals and building confidence. The programme is specifically for students who want to be matched with mentors who share the challenges of their lived experiences. Whether you are from the African, Arab, Asian, or the Latin American diaspora, born in the UK or abroad, Identity Mentoring Match is for you.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, all our mentoring programmes are being delivered virtually using tools such as FaceTime, MS Teams, Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp.

Applications for the programme are now open.

Mentoring can be a real catalyst for personal and professional growth, helping you to reach your potential and explore the things you are most passionate about. This is an identity match programme which means that the mentees share a specific characteristic with their mentors. I highly recommend it.
