Business and management in Clearing

Business and management is about more than just running a company. It’s about understanding how organisations operate, how people work together effectively and making strategic decisions to drive success.

Our business and management degree courses give you more than just the theory. You’ll gain hands-on practical experience, learn to think critically and develop the skills employers are looking for including leadership, communication and strategic thinking.

With a business and management course through Clearing you'll be making the first steps to becoming a business professional that’s ready to lead change and drive innovation.

Overall, Clearing is a fantastic system. It allowed me to apply late and without it I may not have pursued university. I had so many uncertainties, however the university offered a lot of services to help you navigate your journey.

Why study business management at the University of Brighton?

  • The University of Brighton is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) – an accreditation received by fewer than 6% of business schools around the world.

  • We've designed the timetables for some of our business and management courses with first year classes held over three days a week and starting after 10am. This will make it easier for your to work, commute or manage other commitments.

  • You can tailor your degree to suit your career goals. From your second year, you’ll have the flexibility to stay on a broad business management path or specialise in areas like HR, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, law or marketing through your module choices.

  • Guest speakers, live projects and hands-on learning will get you work ready.

  • Gain industry experience with an optional paid placement year.
