Degree and experience
Normally, a good first degree (upper second class honours) in a relevant scientific discipline (for example, ecology, environmental science, biology, zoology). Students with degrees that do not fall into this category, but who have significant relevant experience, will also be considered.
The JACS code for this course is C180, meaning that students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland will have to apply for an Academic Technology Approval Scheme (ATAS) certificate before they apply for a visa. Details can be found on the gov.uk website.

IELTS 6.5 overall, with 6.0 in writing and a minimum of 5.5 in the other elements.
