Continue your studies at Brighton

If you’re graduating from your degree with us this summer, or you graduated a while ago, we’d love to welcome you back in September for a postgraduate degree!

Find out more at a postgraduate information session on Wednesday 12 February.

Scholarships for Brighton grads

We’ve created scholarships worth 20% of tuition fees especially for University of Brighton graduates who progress on to postgraduate study with us.

Change direction

You could use a postgraduate degree to change career path. Not every programme requires you to have studied the subject before. We offer conversion courses in law, teaching, physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, social work and journalism.

Get ahead in your career

A masters is an opportunity to build on your knowledge and become an expert in your discipline; you’re also more likely to be in high-skilled employment. 79% of working-age postgraduates are in high-skilled employment, compared with 66% of working-age graduates (source: gov.uk).

Postgraduates earn on average 18% more than first degree holders, six months after graduation.

  • Flexibly study options, including opportunities to study individual modules and part-time.
Find your course
During my first year at Brighton I realised that I wanted to go into teaching, so I attended an open day where the tutors advised me on the best options and courses available to help me fulfil my career goals. From their advice I chose Chemistry (Secondary) PGCE.

The tutors on this course have a lot of experience, and are extremely supportive and make a lot of effort to understand each and everyone’s needs.

Eun-Ji Kang, Chemistry (Secondary) PGCE
