Kunlasab Sailabada

Kunlasab Sailabada studied Management MSc and went on to work as Human Resource Management Officer at the Ministry of Finance, Thailand.

"The course increased my knowledge of how public services are managed in England in other parts of Europe. In my previous studies I was only assessed by tests. But on Brighton's Management MSc I learned a lot from the varied and different assessments. I learned by doing research, and from the case study examples in the course.

"My learning was not limited to the classroom. I also learned from the course experiences visiting companies and talking to practicing managers. The tutor-led study visits to companies were particularly useful experiences."

"The Brighton Leadership MBA is such a great programme, it increased my self-confidence and I was able to use Change Management studies from my MBA course to assist my organisation going through a merger and making the process more successful."

“The case studies were what I most enjoyed about the course, from the Olympics to World Cups. I could get into the sports events I am passionate about. The course gave me a solid knowledge of the industry and it showed my interest in working in the event industry when I apply for jobs."
